This policy explains what Offer Day, operated by Daniels Home Solutions LLC, collects from people who contact us about selling a property, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, call, text, or email us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and whatever you tell us about the property and your situation.

Information about the property. We look up publicly available records and market data about addresses we're asked to make offers on — ownership records, tax records, prior sales, and comparable sales.

Technical information. Our site and our service providers may collect IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page.

How we use it

To make you an offer.Researching and pricing the property, and contacting you about it.
To communicate with you.Calls, texts, and emails about your property and your inquiry.
To close a transaction.Sharing what's necessary with the closing attorney, title company, lender, or inspector involved in a sale.
To run and improve our business.Record-keeping, service providers, and legal compliance.

Calls and text messages

When you submit a form or give us your number, you agree that we may call and text you about your property, including by automated means where applicable. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of selling your house to us.

You can stop at any time. Reply STOP to any text, tell us on a call, or email hello@offerdayusa.com. We honor it.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who work on our behalf — our CRM, phone and messaging providers, email provider, and hosting provider — and with the professionals involved in closing a transaction.

We may also share a property with builders or investors we work with when that produces a better outcome for you. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties, and we don't sell lead lists.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and transaction records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices

Stop contact.Tell us once and we stop.
Access or delete.Email us and we'll tell you what we have or delete it.
Correct it.Tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it.

Children

Our site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
